Jackson's journey began at age 15 with a 4-year apprenticeship at Farmers Centre, where he gained a solid foundation in the automotive industry. During this time, he honed his skills and developed a sound understanding of heavy-duty diesel machinery. Recognizing the importance of specialization, Jackson pursued greater opportunities to further his training in auto electrical and hydraulic systems with CNH.
